CRIDEM celebrates creativity and inclusion through a national visual arts competition for people with intellectual disabilities, with an open theme, bringing together the institutions that support them.
This edition of CRIDEM is promoted by APPACDM do Porto – Associação Portuguesa de Pais e Amigos do Cidadão Deficiente Mental, in partnership with Fundação Manuel António da Mota and Fundação Montepio and supported institutionally by Humanitas – Federação Portuguesa para a Deficiência Mental and INR, I.P. – Instituto Nacional para a Reabilitação.
In 2026, CRIDEM reaches its 19th edition, celebrating 35 years of art as an expression of identity and a tool for social change.
