The form must be completed individually for each submitted work, allowing for the correct registration and identification of the submitted pieces.
Once completed, you will automatically receive a work identification number at the indicated email address.
Please note that each institution is limited to submitting a maximum of three works.

In case of doubt, we advise you to carefully read articles 7 and 8 of the regulation.
